Thrive Group Oldham are very pleased to be recruiting for an experienced recruitment consultant to work in our Oldham office. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with some experience in the demanding recruitment industry.
This role is a 360 Recruitment role and you will be required to switch up your duties to meet the demand of the business, which means no two days are ever the same.

Our branch is extremely busy with plenty of opportunities for bookings and the demand is high.
The role will consist of:-
- Resourcing - we share this responsibility as a team and we are all responsible for advertising on job sites and social media as we feel we can all target different audiences - you will be asked to join in with this.
- Compliance - This is very important to us and we all share the responsibility of maintaining the high standards of compliance when it comes to ID and right to work checking.
- Communicating - This is very important as we spend much of the day communicating with the temporary workers, colleagues, customers and clients - whether this be on the phone via email or face to face. It is important to be confident and professional with this and if you can build great rapport and relationships along the way that is a bonus!
- Flexibility - We have set office hours which will be discussed at the interview but it is important that you understand that you will be required to be on call and sometimes have responsibilities outside office hours.
- A full clean driving license is MUST - as you will be asked to travel to and from inductions with workers and travel to sites to meet with clients and customers.
- Confidence in sales - We all share the responsibility of approaching potential leads - to sell our business and offer our services to local businesses.
