Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Compliance Officer to join on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this is a key role within the business.
What you will be doing:
- Completion of monthly legislation reviews, updating the business with any relevant changes to site
- Support 3rd party compliance schemes in registration of new products as well as new and annual certification schemes
- Management and review of customer specifications
- Export administration
- You will also schedule internal audits and be part of the audit team
- Coordinating customer queries and responses
What you will need to succeed:
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is desirable, as is factory systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills, gained from dealing with customers and suppliers
- Experience of working in a food/FMCG environments
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- A good level of IT experience including word, excel and PowerPoint
What you will receive in return:
- to £27,500 per annum, dependant on experience.
- Monday to Friday; 8.30am to 4.30pm with a half an hour unpaid lunch break, equating to 37.5 hours per week.
