What you will be doing:
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, the ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional from a manufacturing environment, responsibilities to include:
- Working with the manufacturing and supply chain organisation to develop and implement strong talent management processes and procedures.
- Give professional HR guidance and support ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
What you will need to succeed:
- CIPD Level 5 is advantageous
- Previous experience in a HR business partnering environment
- Conflict resolution skills and experience in a manufacturing/operational setting
- Knowledge of employment law and unions
