Thrive Group are recruiting for a lab technician to join our globally known client in Westbury. The ideal candidate will act as support for their current team in their food testing lab. over the next two months (there is possibility for this to be extended for the right candidate)
Hours: Wednesday to Sunday 40 hours per week with a flexible start time between 0700 and 0900
Pay: £11.78 per hour Weds-Fri
£15.39 per hour Sat-Sun
Duties:
- Working in the finished product Chemistry and Micro laboratories
- Powder testing for moisture, fat protein, acidity, scorched particles
- Microbiological sampling
We're looking for:
- Someone with some form of previous lab experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours
