We are looking for the Marketing Automation Specialist (12 month maternity cover) with some additional information below:
- Salary £25-28k depending on experience
- Hybrid Working - 3 days in the Oldham, UK Office
- Hours: 8:30-5pm
- 12 Months Maternity Cover: From Monday 9th September 2024 - Monday 1st September 2025
(Shadowing time available pre-start)
This role will be an individual contributor into the design and maintenance of our EMEA lead and demand generation backbone, partnering across functions to design, execute and manage successful programs, campaigns and workflows that build brand awareness, campaign innovation and defining processes to optimize the user experience across our Marketing Mix. You will work under the guidance and leadership of an experience Digital team to improve and enhance demand generation and the customer journey to generate and drive online sales.
Job Duties:
Support Demand Generation throughout our EMEA strategy to achieve demand targets and improve the customer experience
Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation, implementation and analysis, list management, and lead processes and scoring delivering into Salesforce.com
Measure, analyze, report and optimize campaign conversion performance daily to support wider product marketing team to ensure the team hits it's hard and soft KPI's.
Monitor and improve lead scoring and lead flow through lead magnet and lead forms ensuring form routing for every region flows into the lead pipeline.
Maintain and identify asset trends and online growth opportunities
Support automation building, workflow development and trigger analysis within Marketo and Iterable platforms
Support cross-functional work with Category Managers, Marketing Managers and other functions to deliver against business plans
Support implementation of key campaigns to drive online sales across Demand Generation Team and wider functions.
Provide onboarding training of Marketo into new users across Marketing
Administrative duties and ad hoc requests as assigned.
You Must Have:
Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role
Email Automation experience from program building to nurture and drip strategy in Marketo and Iterable or other similar platforms (Hubspot, Dotmailer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - Training provided
Understanding of integrated MarTech digital tools within a marketing mix
We Value:
Marketo Expert Certification or Iterable Certified are highly desired
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity of analytics tools (GA4, Iterable Insights, Marketo Engage Reporting)
Comfortable operating in an evolving landscape and matrixed environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Interested in distribution, Demand Generation, Digital Experience, Digital Marketing or Customer Experience
Data-driven and detail oriented with a focus on delivering high value optimisation to ensure KPI achievement
Strong experience of multi-campaign management and support delivery across multiple functions
Experience in project management tools is highly desired
