Operations Assistant - French

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who are actively seeking to engage an Operations Assistant (French speaking) to join their rapidly growing business on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a small team to support the Commercial and Operations Managers by conducting the associated reporting, administration and communication required to service contracts with customers.

  • Responsible for daily stock reporting of specific operations, logistics documentation and supply-chain reports.
  • Communicating between internal and external stakeholders in the UK and internationally.
  • Responsible for designated country business administration and operational requirements.
  • It is an exciting and diverse role, which facilitates the supply chain across the globe

What you will need to succeed:

  • Highly proficient with MS Office and confident learning new systems.
  • Able to contribute ideas to the team and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Methodical and analytical in your approach with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interest in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Language skills, particularly in French will be an advantage for this role
