Main Purpose of Role
As our permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be the primary liaison between the branch and clients on the Permanent Division. Ensuring key relationships between clients and candidates are to a high standard.

You will work along-side and in conjunction with other Service Delivery Managers and Service Delivery Recruiters within the Thrive Group; enjoying collaboration, and solution focused discussions.

Business development to include liaising with existing clients as well as having the ability to generate new business by way of cold calling, reference taking, lead generation techniques & client meetings and increasing awareness of the Thrive brand.
Candidate generation by way of utilizing the in-house system, advertising, social media marketing & meeting candidates in person to discuss requirements.
Sourcing a variety of technically qualified candidates in order to fill permanent vacancies.
Placement of candidates in line with monthly financial & KPI targets.
Demonstrate the ability to generate new business by way of actively carrying out candidate marketing calls & lead generation in line with KPI's across a varied client portfolio.
Demonstrate the ability to carry out sales and candidate management techniques in line with KPI's to include client meetings/sales visits, candidate meetings & administrative management functions.
