Scheduling Administrator

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who are actively seeking to engage a Scheduling Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis.

What you will be doing:

To provide an effective service, focusing on operational and technical matters regarding planning and rotas.

  • Scheduling staff rotas for one month in advance.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations, events and being the main point of contact.
  • Managing the 24-hour on-call phone this will include every other weekend.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Scheduler or recruitment background desirable.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of rota systems
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to manage external providers
  • Standard driving licence required.
  • Full training will be provided

What you will receive in return:

  • £21,000 to £24,000 per annum DOE
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - 37.30 hours per week
  • Uniform provided.
