This global logistics employer is looking for an experienced Quality Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join their team in Wiltshire. Offered as a permanent full-time post, you will work closely with the UK Head Office and site operational teams to deliver, maintaining and improving all HSE standards. As the Quality Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you will evidence a proven track record in HSE, with a sound understanding of all legal and environmental requirements when working in Health and Safety, developing, and delivering robust HSE induction and Health and Safety standards. Naturally you will have necessary HSE experience gained in conducting assessing risk assessments, accident investigation, identifying trends and all HSE reporting and specific analysis of data looking at root cause and occurrence of accidents and site concerns.

You will have full responsibility for the coaching, training and review of management and operational teams in line with safe working practices. Ensuring that new starters and all existing staff fully acknowledge the importance of Quality, Health and Safety as critical requirements when working in a fast-paced logistics workplace will form a pivotal objective to this position.

Completion of site audits in line with HSE regulations with a constant eye on all things environmental, advising key stakeholders of findings, proposing suggestions for continuous improvement. The ability to write, review and implement new and existing HSE policies, recording all information for use during key stakeholder meetings, with the ability to professional present on a regular basis.

As the Quality Environmental Health and Safety Manager, your position is regarded highly across all internal employees and external suppliers and customers, consistently promoting Health and Safety. Environmental and Energy Management awareness and the wider culture of the business. You will have advanced working knowledge of MS Suite due to the complexity of reporting and the accuracy of reporting concise communication across a number of channels.
