Responsibilities
▪ Placing suitable candidates that meet client requirements, in order to maximise revenue, whilst achieving company targets and objectives
▪ Developing and managing candidate and client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
▪ Builds applicant sources through various mediums i.e. CRM, advertising, networking, Job boards etc ▪ Working in partnership with the client to establish and forecast recruitment requirements in support of the Business Lead
▪ Conducting regular planning meetings and related actions in support of the Business Lead
▪ Manages the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal colleagues
▪ Maximising the identification of sales opportunities and passing to the Business Lead and Specialist Recruiters for conversion
▪ Operate in harmony with other business divisions
▪ Resolving candidate and client issues promptly
▪ Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry
▪ Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation
▪ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
▪ Understand and achieve agreed KPIs (bookings taken, placed etc)
* Comply with company management systems, payroll, billing policies and procedures including accurate database management
