Sales Order Administrator

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Trowbridge, who is actively seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join the team.

What you will be doing:

To provide administrative support to the Sales Team. To provide administrative support to all departments within the company and most importantly provide a high level of customer service.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls to the Company and deal with customer enquiries
  • Raise workshop job cards for work required on all stock and sold vehicles
  • Ensure accurate invoicing
  • Ensure that all documentation is dealt with in a timely manner
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for prompt retrieval of documentation
  • Run reports and updates on manufacturers and in-house systems

What you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience within an office environment,
  • Good IT skills
  • Highly organised and good time management skills.

What you will receive in return:

  • £20,800 per annum
  • Monday - Friday : 08.30 - 1700 (30 min lunch)
