Sales Order Administrator

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively seeking to engage a Sales Order Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis, working with a prestigious product portfolio.

What you will be doing:

  • Checking all orders, ensuring all the details are correct
  • Processing a high volume of sales orders on a daily basis
  • Liaising with customer services on orders that are incomplete
  • Updating customers on the status of their orders

What you need in order to succeed

  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills including a high level of data entry accuracy
  • An organised and self-motivated approach with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
