Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury, who are actively seeking to engage a Sales Support Assistant to join their team :
What you will be doing:
As Sales Support Assistant you will be responsible for coordinating the sales process from quote to review of customer contract.
- Ensuring all information is put together before passing to to other departments
- Collating information to build a quote pack prior to internal approval
- Updating the CRM system to generate accurate Management Information
- Managing inbound calls and referring the the correct department
- Contacting warm leads, fact finding before passing to the Sales Manager
- Overseeing sample requests including product specifications
- Sending product information to customers
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous customer service/sales support experience
- A passion for providing first rate customer service
- Exposure with a mechanical/technical product range would be beneficial
- The ability to work under pressure to often strict deadlines
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including word and excel
