Position: Technical Sales Support
Location: Calne
Hours and Salary:
- Mon-Thurs 08:00 to 16:30, Fri 08:00-16:00.
- Salary: £22,000 Up to £30,000 per annum.

Job Description: We are seeking a customer-facing Technical Sales Support person to join a dynamic team. The successful applicant will:
- Receive and manage enquiries directly from customers and external sales teams.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to analyse customers' needs and recommend suitable products from our range.
- Explain technical decisions and proposals clearly via email, phone, Teams calls, and occasional site visits.
- Maintain communications with the supply chain and third-party suppliers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using sales management software programs and related tools.
Skills Required:
- Attitude and aptitude to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident phone user.
- Previous technical knowledge.
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office/365, etc.).
- Proactive and good time management.
- UK Driving licence.
- Very good literacy and numeracy skills.
