We are a trusted and established Recruitment Agency, based in Trowbridge. We specialise in the supply of Temporary and Permanent workers in the following sectors: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics and Commercial Sectors. We are now looking to expand our team and are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. You don't need previous recruitment experience. What you will be doing:
You will be working closely with an experienced Recruiter, who will support and mentor you and along with Operations Manager will give you the training to achieve your potential.
- You will be building relationships with Clients to retain and secure new business opportunities.
- Take new bookings, advertise, source, and arrange interviews for the short-listed candidates.
- You will advertise new vacancies, on jobs boards, create window adverts and share on social media.
- Participate in Sales Promotions / Campaigns - Telesales Events, Networking, drop-ins with clients.
- Supporting the team on a rota basis, to cover our out of hours on call phone.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a Sales or KPI driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to display or core values: Inquisitive, Integrity, Drive, Collaborative, Ambitious and Pride.
- Previous experience with social media, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram to attract candidates and promote the Thrive Brand.
- A driving licence with no more that 6 points, and access to a car.
What you will receive in return:
- £20,000 to £23,000 plus uncapped commission (£25-£27 OTE)
- Training & Career Progression.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00AM to 17.00PM
- Holiday: 20 days + 8 Bank holidays, increasing with service
