Validation Manager

Job Description

Validation Manager, permanent career opportunity for a Qualified and Degree educated specialist to implement policies and processes for computer systems validation and compliance. Based in Wales, you will be working in the sectors of Healthcare, Hospitals and Medicines, hence the need for specific, previous, relevant sector experience. You will need proven experience of managing release of new software versions to IT systems and services, knowledge of clinical governance, audit, and risk management.

This is a permanent position which is based on remote working, with a need to visit locations across the Welsh region, demonstrating your extensive experience of validation management. The salary is offered up to £51,000 with an outstanding employee benefits package, plus additional and continued career and personal development. Working across a collaborative customer base, communicating with key stakeholders, Trusts and Health boards requires a diplomatic, articulate, and well-conversed individual, someone who can deliver time sensitive, quality focused solutions to meet stringent regulatory compliance.

The need to manage multiple projects, developing strategies, plans and protocols and reports, managing and assessing the quality of work undertaken. As a Validation Manager you will be expected to prepare, coordinate, and arrange inspections and assessments in line with the Healthcare and Medicines Regulatory Agency and NHS Wales. To lead the complex GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) change control and all associated risk assessment processes are a mandatory requirement of computer systems validation and therefore your proven skills and expertise gained when performing external and supplier audits will be greatly appreciated.

As a Validation Manager you will need to develop close working relationships with a diverse range of customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and external bodies will be evidenced in your career to date. Using your proven negotiation and motivational skills will place you in good stead, able to deliver complex reports and outcomes is key to the success of this role.
