Job Title: Administration Officer
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Salisbury

We are seeking an organised and efficient Administration Officer to join a busy school office from September 2025. This role will involve a mix of administrative support, front-of-house duties, and liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage admissions, attendance records, and maintain accurate pupil data.

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries.

  • Prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence as required.

  • Organise staff cover, appointments, and assist with planning school trips.

  • Process payments, contributions, and manage office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration background with good IT skills (Microsoft Office).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous school experience is desirable but not essential.
