Administrative Assistant

Thrive Oldham are recruiting for a Key Account Support Admminstrator for our well established client in the Oldham area
Role will be to provide admin support to a busy Key Account Internal Support team.
A good admin all rounder and effective communicator would suit this role.

Main duties would involve raising quotations for customers and updating on expected delivery dates and providing proof of deliveries. Dealing with external vendors and also liaising with the Key Account External team to update them on orders for forecasting purposes

Over time this role may develop into managing of project orders and again the effective communication that goes along with this process and dealing with various other internal departments, Procurement, warehouse etc where communication will be key

Working amongst a team of 8 people internally and would be required to be a good team player as well as working independently

Systems to be used - Excel and SAP

Hours - 9.00 - 5.30
Rate of pay £12.00 per hour PAYE

Contract is for an initial 3 months but may be extended - cover is for long term sick
