Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Trowbridge who a looking to recruit an Aftersales Business development Executive join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working alongside our Group Aftersales Manager you will identify new Parts customers to develop and increase turnover/profit in current customers.
- Establish and develop new customer relationships as well as maintain regular and effective contact with existing, key customers.
- Working with the Service Teams you will identify and liaise with customers to create bespoke Service & Maintenance packages for their fleet vehicles.
- You will monitor trends and customer spend to target effectively and create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.
What you will need to succeed:
- Prior knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales is essential.
- Ideally you will come from a Parts background, and have a working knowledge of this discipline, to enable you to assist with Departments around the Group as required/ where directed.
- Maintain, your own product knowledge as well as have a keen awareness of competitor activity.
- You must be computer literate with skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
