Asset Manager, permanent full time career opportunity for a global service provider of estates and property services and facilities management based in Wiltshire. For this position will need a minimum of 5 years previous experience, ideally educated to Degree Level Engineering, certified as an IAM approved Assessor holding professional certification in the Institute of Asset Management. There is a need for some UK wide travel to and from client sites, mixed with hybrid based working. You will possess a sound knowledge of ISO55001 quality management systems, combining your ability to develop and implement new procedures, assessing risk through thorough audit and investigation reporting. The need to align asset management objectives against KPI's working in collaboration with client organisations, third party suppliers, key stakeholders and internal teams is key to the success of this role.
This challenging and demanding role of Asset Manager seeks a diverse range of skills to include experience of industry standards in the building services field, managing the structuring and verification of data plus the data migration to CAFMs and CMMS. Working with a number of projects, handling multiple clients across the MOD, Central Government and the NHS sectors, calls for an experienced and confident Estates and Asset Manager who can manage and respond to all contractual requirements analysing past and present data, driving through continuous development initiatives across a range of Estates intelligence projects.
As Asset Manager, you will require previous BIM experience, combined the management of business and Estate asset lifecycle mapping plus capital recommendation planning. This position is best suited to a candidate who can demonstrate a range of communication skills and styles with global, high profile, high value clients who are consistently seeking how best to improve and remain at the forefront in their chosen field. Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to undertake security clearance and necessary vetting.
