Business Development Manager

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with an employer if choice in Frome. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

You responsible for bringing in new partnerships as well as developing and maintaining them. Ensure that commercial opportunities are identified and managed from conception to contract.

  • Promote the company as a market leader in the field, representing the company in forums which would promote the development of the commercial function.
  • Identify and explore opportunities for new commercial work or income streams and develop proposals as appropriate.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure commercial opportunities with key customers are successfully implemented.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous Account Management or Business Development background.
  • Commercially focused and desire to succeed.

What you will receive in return:

  • Basic Salary: £28,000-£30,000 OTE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - full time
