Job Description

Sales Advisors, permanent career opportunities for experienced inbound customer sales professionals who are keen to develop and maintain new and existing business opportunities within the travel and leisure industry. Based in Wiltshire, these are permanent, full-time positions, working a varied shift pattern which does include rotational weekends. Offered with a good basic salary of up to £25,000 with OTE of £35k and upwards.

As a Sales Advisor, you will receive state of the art industry training, plenty of ongoing coaching and mentoring, ensuring that you are best placed to maximise and impact on profit and new business opportunities. There is a need to work rotation shifts, including a traditional day shift, evenings, and weekends, therefore you need to have complete flexibility and access to own transport. You need to be prepared to 'go the extra mile' for the customer and deliver exceptional levels of customer service and after sales support.

We are ideally seeking dynamic, highly driven, and focused people who enjoy closing a sale, who can demonstrate ability to achieve targets and KPI's. In this role there are future opportunities to travel to one of the offices overseas if you are eager to learn, continuing to sell the amazing leisure holidays provided to this worldwide customer base. Sales is the first part of the customer journey therefore we are looking for individuals who are keen to progress in a sales and customer focused career path.

As a Sales Advisor your main responsibility is to service inbound sales calls from customers and take time to understand each customers' unique needs, build rapport, and offer expert solutions. You will provide excellent service to all of customers, adapting the approach taken for each call, creating fantastic customer engagement, communicating with customers to pitch and close the sale. You will have the ability to offer the customer alternative solutions, discussing a range of available options, being able to price and arrange quotes and confirmation. There is a need to produce accurate administration work to complete booking process, which includes database management, extensive email communication using Outlook and the range of MS Office services - Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates who can understand financial profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, however training is provided. Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KPI's and always liaise professionally. You will need a resilient personality with plenty of energy and self-drive.
