Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service. Duties will include :
- Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiries
- Processing orders through to payment
- Assisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicing
- Updating internal database and spreadsheets
- Liaison with a number of internal departments
- Additional ad hoc projects as and when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from manufacturing or export although not essential
- Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
