Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Trowbridge who is actively looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for 3 months. (This could go permanent for the right candidate).
What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will take incoming call from customers, including customer queries and customer complaints via telephone, email and messaging systems. To resolve customer enquiry and full update the database.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience working in a customer driven office environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, professional and helpful approach.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- IT skills: MS Office
What you will receive in return:
- £12.50 to £14 per hour DOE
- Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday
- Hybrid once trained (1-2 days)
- Potential for a permanent role.
- Great office atmosphere.
