Engineer Coordinator

Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Chippenham area, who are actively looking to recruit an Engineer Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential support to the team, duties will include :

  • Ensuring the sales office runs smoothly and effectively
  • Production of a range of documentations including quotations, reports, and presentations
  • Liaison with clients, dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and despatch
  • Coordinating marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation
  • Additional project work as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Extensive administrative experience essential, ideally from a engineering/manufacturing environment
  • Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative and take ownership
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
