Help Desk Call/Centre Officer, permanent career opportunity for an experienced call centre/customer services advisor who is used to handling high volume calls in a fast-paced working environment. Based in Swindon, the hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday, with a salary of £24,000 plus some outstanding employee benefits.

Your key objective is to provide first class customer services solutions to a range of UK/Global clients, ensuring that each telephone call and email is managed within timescale and with a professional and efficient attitude. Working as part of a large and successful team, you will receive the very best training and development when managing varied service requirements.

Dealing with a range of customer service projects, you could be in liaison with the MOD, NHS, and wider government departments, providing solutions to building maintenance, facilities management, and construction services. No two days are the same, therefore you will be working on a central Computer Aided Facilities Management system, which helps control and monitor all contractual requirements. Your training will ensure that you can assist clients immediately, providing next stage advice and outcomes through the company wide support network of specialist service providers.

As a Help Desk/Call Centre Officer you will need to enter and manager all client data records accurately and in line with GDPR, ensuring that all relevant information is obtained, enabling requests to be resolved to time and to the standard required. Ideally educated to GCSE Level education with at least 2 years previous call centre/customer service experience, this could be the start of your career in a professional, client management role.
