Hire Desk Controller

Job Description

Thrive Recruitment Group is looking for a Hire Desk Controller for our client based in Begwary, near St Neots in Bedford (MK44 postcode area) on a permanent basis.

Our client is a market leading supplier and award winner of non-mechanical products for hire and sale.

Duties:

  • Working within a busy and fast paced Hire Desk office
  • Liaising with customers and providing accurate information
  • Liaising with the warehouse and drivers on-site
  • Administration
  • Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries
  • Ensuring accuracy of all paperwork
  • Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity
  • Use of Microsoft packages and their CRM system

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary:

£30,000 PA

Start Date:

As soon as possible

Requirements for the Role:

  • It would be ideal to have come from a Hire Desk position previously but it is not essential as training can be provided for the right individual
  • Industry experience is not essential, but would be ideal
  • Must have excellent Customer Service skills
  • Must have experience is Microsoft packages
  • Due to our clients remote location, your own vehicle to travel to the location is essential
  • Must live within a commutable location to our client

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent Customer Service skills and a willing to learn.
