Lead Auditor/Quality Manager seeking a new permanent career opportunity working for a well-established manufacturing client based in Wiltshire. We are looking to attract a time-served mechanical engineer who may have secured a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, with a strong CNC/Tooling operational background. Best suited to an experienced Quality Manager who can demonstrate a robust track record in quality management systems and the management of a diverse quality team. This is a full-time, office-based position, working a permanent day shift an annual salary up to £55,000, £110 per month travel allowance and a range of excellent employee benefits.

With a minimum of 5 years Quality/Lead Auditing and Environmental Management experience, your employment history will include composite engineering and/or Defence and/or aerospace/F1 engineering fields. Aiming to source an 'assurance' person who can work as part of a team finding the root cause of an issue/product, communicating effectively to resolve any customer complaints and/or product returns.

As Lead Auditor/Quality Manager, you will have an in-depth understanding of AS/EN9100/EN9100D/ISO14001, quality inspection and management procedures with proven experience in preparing major audits and necessary quality inspections, further supporting the quality process documentation stages. Knowledge of MRP systems, First Article Inspection Reporting (FAIRS), batch routing and process control further compliments the overall skills and experience needed in this high-profile role.

As Lead Auditor/Quality Manager you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to motivate, train and coach and produce reports for senior management are further skill sets required, therefore advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) are key.
