Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established and market leading client who seek a Lettings Manager to join their busy team in the Frome area.
What you will be doing:
In this key, hands-on role, your duties will include the following :
Key Responsibilities :
- Management of the branch and team to ensure a smooth lettings and management service to their landlords and tenants
- Day to day duties including dealing with a range of individuals including landlords, tenants as well as internal departments in person / via email
- Responsibility for arranging and conducting viewings
- Processing new applicant details including referencing
- Production of a range of documents including tenancy agreements/inventories etc
- Responsibility for budgeting and managing targets
- Staff management, training, development and appraisals
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven residential lettings experience is essential
- Management experience is preferable
- Strong administration and IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems
- First rate customer service and problem solving skills
- ARLA qualification desirable although not essential
- Due to the nature of the role, your own transport is essential
What you will receive in return :
- Salary £30,000 to £35,000pa OTE DOE
- Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings (time off in lieu given)
