Onsite Coordinator

Thrive Group Birmingham are now looking to recruit a dedicated Onsite Coordinator for our prestigious contract in Birmingham for our client WHSmith. This is an exciting position to be a part of a busy and growing team. Career progression and training to progress within the business will be available for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high level of customer service
  • Resourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Writing and delivering report on KPI's
  • Managing candidate's applications
  • Managing and working alongside the client
  • Write and post job adverts
  • Carry out compliance checks on candidates
  • Dealing with candidates queries


  • Day shift
  • 45 hours per week including breaks
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility to work outside of these hours based on the needs of the business and client


  • temporary to permanent

Essential skills:

  • Previous customer service/facing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to plan ahead and organise work of others
  • High level of listening skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Enthusiasm for problem solving
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suit

Salary - starting from 26k/annum depending on experience
