Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Part time HR/Payroll Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Reporting directly to HR and Payroll Managers this dual administration role requires a candidate with extreme attention to detail, excellent time management skills to meet weekly deadlines, and an approachable, friendly, and flexible personality.

We need an Administration Assistant who is self-motivated, highly organised and who, once trained, will work on their own initiative. Being a dual role supporting both HR and Payroll the successful candidate will need to be highly organised and feel comfortable to multitask and prioritise on a daily basis.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or Payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in maths and numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A calm, friendly and approachable manner with a 'can do' attitude.

What you will receive in return:

  • £22,500 per annum - pro-rata
  • 25 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
