Thrive Group are delighted to working with our market leading client near Trowbridge who are looking to recruit an experienced Product Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Inputting orders onto the system
  • Assisting with deliveries including supplier liaison, organising and managing often complex delivery schedules (including export)
  • Ensuring product information is maintained (price lists, product codes etc)
  • Organising product samples for clients
  • Liaison with a range of suppliers and internal departments
  • Dealing with complaints and project work as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong administration experience, ideally gained from an FMCG/logistics environment
  • Supply chain/delivery/export experience extremely beneficial
  • A confident communicator, adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis
  • Good levels and numeracy and problem solving skills
  • IT / data entry proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
