Thrive Group are delighted to working with our market leading client near Trowbridge who are looking to recruit an experienced Product Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Inputting orders onto the system
- Assisting with deliveries including supplier liaison, organising and managing often complex delivery schedules (including export)
- Ensuring product information is maintained (price lists, product codes etc)
- Organising product samples for clients
- Liaison with a range of suppliers and internal departments
- Dealing with complaints and project work as and when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong administration experience, ideally gained from an FMCG/logistics environment
- Supply chain/delivery/export experience extremely beneficial
- A confident communicator, adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis
- Good levels and numeracy and problem solving skills
- IT / data entry proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
