Thrive Trowbridge are looking for Production Operatives and Sealer Operatives to start immediately for a large reputable client in Westbury. This role will be on a temp to perm basis.
The position is working on full-time basis (37.5 hours) on 3-rotational shift pattern with the hours being:
Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00 and Friday 06:00-11:30.
Monday to Thursday 14:00-22:00 and Friday 11:30-17:00
Monday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 and Friday 17:00-22:30.
Pay rate is £12.93 per hour or £484.84 per week for the Production Operative
Pay rate is £13.56 an hour or £508.34 per week for the Sealer Operative
What will you be doing?
- Assisting on the production line and operating machinery once fully trained
- Wrapping and palletizing products
- Ensuring quality is maintained and spotting any faulty merchandise
- Working with pallet trucks and moving pallets, being responsible for your own safety and safety of others.
- This role involves physical work
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in production / warehousing is necessary.
- Mechanical and practical ability.
- Eye for detail and quality
- Ability to keep up with production demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
