Starts are available ASAP
- You will be responsible for the safe operation of machinery, ensuring efficiencies are maximised and downtime is minimised
- Safely loading the machines
- Heavy lifting is involved
Skillset:
- Technical Skills: Understanding of machinery, functions, controls, maintenance procedures.
- Being able to monitor machines closely to identify deviations from normal operation.
- Safety consciousness - Have strong safety awareness and the ability to react quickly in emergency situations.
- Adaptability - Our environment is fast paced where priorities and tasks can change quickly. Candidates should be able to adjust their workflow and multitask effectively to meet the production demands.
- Efficiency - Operatives should have a mindset focused on efficiency, looking for ways to improve processes, optimise the machine performance and minimise waste & downtime
Working Hours:
06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00
Pay Rate:
£11.81 per hour.
