Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our established client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Production Operatives on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate would be looking for extra work, part time or adhoc shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to accurately weigh
- Ability to accurately adding and arranging ready meal components
- Replenishing
- Stacking boxed dishes onto pallets
- Flagging any issues with the equipment
- Adding toppings to products
- Maintaining high hygiene levels
- Conduct quality checks
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
- Ability to lift up to 20kg+
- Preferably previous experience as machine operator or operator
Do you have:
- A good English level
- A positive approach to work / positive attitude
- A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
Working Hours:
Various shift times available - Days, Nights & Weekends
- 0600-1600
- 0600-1800
- 0700-1700
- 0700-1900
- 1600-0000
- 1700-0100
- 1800-0600

What you will receive in return:
- £12.08 per hour (Between 0600-2200)
- £14.85 per hour (Between 2200-0600)
