Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who are actively seeking to employ a Production Planner to join the company on a permanent basis,
What you will be doing:
The Production Planner will manage and organise the stock levels in Process according to the manpower available.
- Responsible for looking at the global plan for Production and anticipate the needs of Production in terms of recipe ingredients (stock) and the manpower (labour) required to achieve the plan.
- You will need to focus on efficiencies and a target to reduce the waste.
What you will need to succeed:
- The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within an FMCG environment.
- Excellent practical thinking, attention to detail and interpretation of data,
- Proven ability to plan production, organise and motivate other.
- Commercially aware, demonstrate tenacity, working to challenging deadlines
- Ability to understand global and local economic markets.
- Financial and business understanding.
What you will receive in return:
- Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30PM
- £27,000 to £35,000 (DOE)
