Commercial Project Manager, permanent career opportunity for an experienced PM who can evidence a successful career in interior/exterior building refurbishment and fit out. Working Monday to Friday, spending time between the office just outside Chippenham, plus attending client site visits requires an experienced and professional PM who can work alongside the architectural designers, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders. Offering an annual salary up to £55k, company car plus some great employee benefits.

It is essential that you hold SMSTS, CSCS Professional card(white) or Engineering Services Skill Card (Black) with a full UK driving licence. Your main responsibilities will include the management of key commercial projects including hospitals and medical centres, all across the southern counties. Although the role is office based there is a need to travel to meet clients, to discuss and prepare/deliver robust design and fit-out project work, costs, and timelines.

You may have obtained further education in building and construction, having at least 5 years previous project management experience in interior design and build. This is a growing and developing role, one which will help support the wider business expansion plans, therefore plenty of room for development and progression.

As Commercial Project Manager you will be responsible for carrying out a number of procedures to include: snagging inspections, handover of works, interpretation of drawings and specifications, managing costs and finances, management of contractors and ensure to optimise all return for the business.

It is essential that you have the correct and relevant skills gained in the building, construction and interior fit-out industry sectors, therefore this role is best suited to a project manager or project lead who is looking to prosper in the same industry. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external communication, with a high aptitude for MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word), with some previous knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and/or CRM systems.
