Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Trowbridge, who are actively seeking to engage a temporary Purchase Ledger Admininstrator to join their team on a part-time basis :
What you will be doing:
As Purchase Ledger Assistant you will responsible for the following :
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Ensuring customers bank details are correct on the systems
- Preparing payment runs
- Posting payments
- Supporting the wider finance team when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word, excel and outlook)
- Effective time management, working to deadlines
