Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Wincanton who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Assistant to join the team.
What you will be doing:
Assisting Technical/Quality Compliance Team with all quality, integrity and food safety issues.
- Data input and Testing Schedules/Logs, including micro/chemical/allergen testing results
- Ensuring weight checker reports compliance
- Carrying out packaging and labelling checks
- Lab equipment calibration and recording the calibration results
- Carrying out GMP & glass and plastic audits
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience working in Quality role in and FMCG environment.
- Continuously maintain and improve Food Safety Culture within the business
- Good IT skills and use of ERP systems.
What you will receive in return:
- £26,000 per annum
- 00AM to 17.00PM or 14.00Pm to 22.00PM on rotation
- Pension 5.5% matched
- Holiday 25 days + BH
- Private GP Service
