Job Description

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our Chippenham based client, who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a busy and friendly team, duties will include :

  • Creating and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy
  • Developing client relationships to ensure they are provided with great service
  • Following up on delivery schedules
  • Building relationships with and managing suppliers to ensure competitive terms
  • Producing purchase orders, ensuring they are matched against stock
  • Liaison with a number of departments
  • Adhoc duties as required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous sales administration experience is essential
  • Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
  • Strong IT skills including MS office/excel
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email

What you will receive in return:

  • To £28,000pa DOE
  • Monday to Friday full time (100% office based)
