Sales Administrator

Thrive Group are delighted to be working a well-established and growing company in the Wiltshire area, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis

What you will be doing:

This is a great role for someone with previous account management experience who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.

  • Preparing quotes, booking jobs into production, and ensuring all project details are accurate
  • Working closely with production and internal teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in account or project management (ideally in retail or similar sectors)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple overlapping deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and confident with Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Highly organised with excellent time management abilities

What you will receive in return:

  • £25,000 to £26,000 per annum DOE
  • Friendly and supportive team environment
  • 5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, standard office hours
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
