Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client, who are actively seeking to engage a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing sales orders
  • Managing returns, credits and resolving invoice queries
  • Liaison with a number of internal departments and external suppliers
  • Updating the CRM system

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Good numeracy skills and the ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
  • IT skills including word, excel and CRM systems
