Sales Engineer (PCB)

Job Description

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our international manufacturing client in Devizes, who are actively seeking a Sales Engineer (PCB) to join their busy team on a permanent basis, working with an extensive product range.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaising with customers to understand their PCB requirements
  • Advising clients on their requirements, offering full service to cost cutting
  • Reviewing customer supplied data and drawings, finalising PCB specifications and design and progressing them to manufacture

What you need in order to succeed :

  • Previous sales experience within manufacturing beneficial, ideally within the PCB sector
  • Proven experience of working with Gerber data and PCB manufacturing knowledge
  • PCB based CAM software e.g. Valor Genesis 2000 / CAM 350 experience is essential
  • The ability to read complex drawings and check customer specifications
  • Excellent computer and communication skills, via both phone, face to face and email
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
