Sales Support Executive

Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Chippenham area, who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential support to the team, duties will include :

  • Ensuring the sales office runs smoothly and effectively
  • Production of a range of documentations including quotations, reports, and presentations
  • Liaison with clients, dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and despatch
  • Coordinating marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation
  • Additional project work as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Extensive administrative experience essential, ideally from a production/manufacturing environment
  • Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative and take ownership
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
