Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client on the outskirts of Trowbridge who a looking to recruit a Service Advisor join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting customers with servicing and repairs
- Booking in vehicles, advising customers on work required and completing orders
- Liaison with a number of internal departments including the workshop
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience within the motor industry within Service / customer service is essential
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- A good level of IT experience including excel with accurate data entry
- The ability to work in an ever changing and pressurised environment
