Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our established client who a looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to run the service department on a permanent basis in Trowbridge.
What you will be doing:
Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Controlling costs for the department Monitoring performance against agreed targets / budgets
- Manage the recruitment process, as required Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
- To effectively drive the performance of the Service department.
- Train and motivate your team and help them fulfil their potential.
- Review Service KPIs on a regular basis to track.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, After sales Manager
- To be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealership.
