Thrive Group are delighted to be working for a family-owned company that are looking to recruit a Sewing Machinist to join their friendly team on a permanent basis
What you will be doing:
Working within a small team of machinists and cutters, the role will primarily be cutting and sewing for chair seating covers to order, typical duties to include:
- Precision cutting of patterns specific to a client's requirements.
- Sewing of cut fabrics into a variety of styles and shapes.
- Operating industrial flatbed machines.
- Over-locking.
What you will need to succeed:
Ideally you will be competent in the sewing and cutting of a variety of fabrics.
What you will receive:
- The hours are 8-5 Mon-Thurs and Fri 8-12.30pm - 38.50 hour per week
- £12.00 per hour
