Telemarketing Executives are required for our client working at the fabulous newly built Business Park in Frome. They are looking for immediately available candidates to join their busy and friendly team. The location also has an on site café and gym.
Pay is £11.00 per hour
Our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high profile public sector business support organisations, to reach out to businesses on their behalf.
You will primarily be working on a wide variety of client campaigns, responsible for making calls, generating appointments and leads, sending emails and updating records.
To be fully successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communications skills with a clear confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills and to be confident in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Tenacity and a positive attitude
- Great attention to detail
- GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Previous experience in a sales calling role would be preferred although not essential, as full training and support will be given. However, we would expect the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate a drive and passion for this type of role.
This is a full-time temporary position (37.5 hours per week) to be worked 0900-1700 Monday to Friday with 2 Saturdays per month.
You must be available to work for a minimum of six weeks. This position could become permanent for the right applicants after three months (12 weeks)
