Warehouse Administrator
Role: Operations Support Associate
Terms: Temporary to Permanent (Maternity Cover until March 2025, with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent role)
Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:00
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate:£13.08ph- ( £25,500 per Annam)
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Order Preparation: Ensure accurate preparation of orders for the operations team.
Customer Communication: Engage in clear and effective communication with customers.
Courier Liaison: Address delivery issues by liaising with courier services.
Reception Duties: Manage the reception area, including answering phones and welcoming visitors.
Walk-In Orders: Process and release orders for walk-in customers.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as directed by the management team.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
Customer Service Excellence: Must possess impeccable written and verbal English skills.
Computer Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel and general computer literacy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated drive to enhance processes and performance.
Relationship Management: Skilled in maintaining and developing professional relationships.
Organisational Mastery: Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
