Job Description

Thrive Group Oldham are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work in the Oldham area.

We are looking for an experienced good all-rounder to work in a very busy office environment.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (3/4 - 1hr lunch break) can be flexible
Salary: £20k - £24k
Assignment: Permanent


Duties to include but are not limited to:

Answering phones, dealing with queries.
Liaising with clients and suppliers.
Liaising with staff in other departments.
Making sales enquiries.
Contact suppliers for the best quotes and sending to customers.
Inputting sales orders using the database.
Raising purchase orders.
Ordering stock parts.
Invoicing.

Experience and skills:

Must be computer literate.
Must be confident on the telephone.
Working for a joinery/manufacturing company is an advantage.
Must be a team player.
Using your own initiative.
